Abstract

This Study classifies the tourists group by their expectation and perception for the celebration which they participate, therefore to verify relation between the type of group and quality factor(reliance, satisfaction) of relationship.

The factor to measure the tourists¢¥ expectation and perception for celebration is convenience facilities, the favor of event staff and booth keeper, cleanliness of place information provision, the content of celebration and this study researches these 6 factors.

Also this study verifies how the quality factor(reliance, satisfaction) of relationship affects revisiting intention.

This study largely classifies tourists group into 4 groups through grouping analysis. Group 1 has high expection and high perception, Group 2 low expectation and high perception, Group 3 high expectation and low perception, Group 4 low expectation and low perception.

The result is that the difference of degree of reliance is statistically meaningful by the group pattern. Therefore the hypothesis 1-1, 1-2 can be accepted and the Group 4 has high degree of reliance.

In the study of the quality factor(reliance, satisfaction) of relationship and the intention of revisiting, the degree of reliance and satisfaction has correlation in plus direction. Therfore the hypothesis, "the high the reliance of celebration, the high the intention of revisiting", "The high the satisfaction of celebration, the high the intention of revisiting" can be accepted.

The result of the study of influence comparison of reliance and satisfaction shows that reliance has more effect on the intent of revisiting than satisfaction. Therefore, to have effective revisiting for the local celebration, the degree of reliance of tourists about the contents of celebration is to be studied.
